Will you let your negative thoughts vague out your presence? Just because you're stuck in that negativity will you let your future be ruined? Don't you think that some days are better than the others? Don't you feel that quitting your life because of mental illness isn't a solution? Don't you think that you can embrace your life in every way possible to maintain peace?

Just stay strong and find your way.
Believe me, some days are definitely better than the others. Yeah, it’s true that every individual suffers from anxiety and mental disorder. But you can't give up and let your future be ruined because of such circumstances. You've no one to depend on but yourself. You can support yourself during rough times. Distract yourself from all the toxic thoughts.

Being happy and alive is something that can't come to you in minutes, hours, or overnight. Success, power, wealth, fame, etc: are they really the reasons behind a blissful life? Psychologist states that they aren't long term bliss. The thrill we have for them don't last long. Like everything else, it takes practice to be happy in your life. You'll have to reveal the secrets hidden behind your anxiety.


Below are some ways which you could possibly try to live a good life:-

Let the fire in your hearts reflect in your deeds. Find good in yourself and live your life.
Trash the negative thoughts and try to search yourself among the positive you've had in your life. Set your mindset from a negative one to a positive one. Be grateful for everything you have and try to set the wrong things in the right order.
Take a moment to recall the undone things. Make your "TO-DO LIST" and do everything orderly. Complete everything you've been procrastinating till today. You'll surely be proud enough of completing those pending works and with the amount of happiness you are gonna receive you'll definitely be able to deal with your problems.
Take a moment to celebrate your life. Give a view into those unnoticed things in your life and try to take care of them. Be grateful to those little unnoticed things which bought you happiness.
Spend your precious time with your trustworthy people. Express yourself and have fun with them. Try to find peace with them. Be sure enough that you're surrounded by people with love and affection and do the same with them so that they also feel the same with you.
Ignore stigma in every possible manner you can. Psychologists state that stigma is a cause of illness and to ignore that do things that you love to do. Read books, listen to music, and indulge yourself with things that motivate you. This will help you to deal with stress.
Learn from your past and make your future brighter than your past. Always choose to be happy because you're strong enough to deal with depression. Set higher goals and do the needful to achieve them and enjoy everything on that route.
Be cheerful and focused. Try to inspire yourself to the next level. Accept yourself rather than rejecting. Find good in yourself and this will absolutely diminish your anxiety. Life is precious. Live it to the fullest.
Last but not least, stay calm and don't overthink.
